Green_Beret 0 Posted February 16, 2019 Hello soldiers, I'd like to host an arma 3 server. There's a big price range that starts as low as $0.50 up to $3.25 per slot (http://bestarma3hosting.com/). How much should i pay, how much do you pay for your server? Why some hosts ask more $$$ for less? Look the contrast between the first and second host wtf? Thanks a lot. FallujahMedic -FM- 866 Posted February 16, 2019 The simple answer is that you pay what you can afford. Do not expect users to pay to play on your server. If you have a group of individuals that like to play together, find to what they will be willing to pay over a 12 month period, this will be an indicator of what you can afford. Dedmen 2588 Posted February 19, 2019 My first server was free (hosted on my PC) with around 10 players. Once we grew bigger to about 15 players we bought a 5€ Dedicated server. Currently we are on a 25€ dedicated Server that's running 2 Arma Servers with one HC each for about 20-30 players with Teamspeak and Webserver and mod repository. lilwillie 47 Posted February 25, 2019 $20 a month for a 40 slot from HostHavoc. My first go at hosting a server for anything. It was pretty easy to get setup and started. The 25€ one is Quote Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz The 5€ one is Quote Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU N2800 @ 1.86GHz Wow..
