I can't seem to find this specific screen overlay anywhere.

It's used in all showcase scenarios in the beginning.

 

 

I'd use it for a surveillance script for my upcoming psychological horror called Silent Abdera.

I know this thread is old, but to answer this question for anyone that may come across this in a search (like I just did).

 

This will produce the establishing show overlay.
