GF Auto Loot Crashsites Script - Mod

Description:

Spawn Random Crash sites , will detect the enabled Mods , without editing lists,for loot and vehicles.
You are free to do anything but i would like to give me Credits for this!
Simple and easy to use and adapt .

Installation / Usage:

For usage instructions and information of how to use the GF Auto Loot Crashsites Script please refer to the included documentation and/or example mission.

Place in your mission the files . There is everything included , in the initServer.sqf , to copy paste in your mission.

Don't try to open this with the simple notepad.

For everything that is with comment // in front or between /*
means that it is disabled , so there is no need to delete the extra lines.

You can open this ex:
with notepad++

and also use the extra pluggins
(this way will be better , it will give also some certain colors to be able to detect ex. problems )

Notes:

Spawn Random Crash sites , will detect the enabled Mods , without editing lists,for loot and vehicles.
There are 4 options available :
1 = Load every Mod + Bohemia Loot , 2 = Load every Mod - No Bohemia Loot ,
3 = Load Bohemia Loot Only , 4 = Custom items only.
Custom arrays can be used as well.
There are Blacklist Zones available , 5 from default and
a safe distanse from players .
This is the new reedited version of the previous GF Crashsites script ,
so there are a lot of changes and options.

There is also included a mod version , posible to unpack and edit.

It is possible to spawn normal alive vehicles , with crew or not or just wrecks.
NOTE : The normal vehicles , might also not spawn loot at all , due to the vehicle destuction.

I got a question with the GF_ALC_Select, if i select 1 (Load every Mod + Bohemia Items) that will spawn ravage stuff too ?

I haven't test this yet with ravage but i checked this with other mods.

This script , will search for all the available information from the configs , of every loaded addon.

So it must be fine.

I just tested and the array for the ravage items , are the magazine array.

I would like this a bit different please. Can you make an option to add a skeleton and specific magazines next to that skeleton? Like a dead body from a few months back having mags next to it. The bones will be vanilla and mags from the HAFM mod. And if possible I would like that script to be applied at Lythium add-on map.

That might cause addon dependencies but it would surelly be liked by many.

Not for the campaign due to the timeline, among other things, so my wish will be contained to the vanilla bones and skeletons  :thumbsup:

This is a start :

So this will be the WIP GF_Auto_Loot_Corpses Script - Mod

 

I will check also , about adding dead units as well maybe.

Hi, I got an issue with the weapon (primary, handgun and secondary) on dedicated server, everything work if i give a try in the editor, on dedicated server there no weapon.

I try with the debug marker and i can see the marker for the handgun or primary weapon but they are not here at the crash site.

 

Note : I use the version 1.0.

Ok i have tried with the version 1.1, the handgun don't spawn, i have tried by adding only a vanilla handgun in the custom array ["hgun_P07_F"], got +10 handgun marker but there is no handgun (no loot at all) at the crashsite.

 

I have also tried by using Load every Mod + Bohemia Items and Load Bohemia Items the handgun didn't spawn.

 

There an other thing too, on the version 1.0 the item (map, FAK...) was working, on the 1.1 version the item never spawn too.

Both v1.0 and v1.1 was tested on dedicated ?

 

There will be sometimes less loot due to the destruction of the the model ( plane - helicopters ) because the previous version had only wrecks.

I will check this also , but i can't test this in dedicated.

 

Might be this issue just come from the selected mods ?

Have you tested this without anything extra or just bohemia loot only?

So i give a try on a clean map (Altis), play from editor with zeus, with only bohemia item :

 

Version 1.1 :

The item doesn't spawn and are not showing debug marker

The Handgun doesn't spawn but the debug marker is here, also in zeus i can see the weaponholder for the handgun but its empty

######### SHIT Happens !

 

For some reason it was spawning beneath the ground , so now it's spawning above.

 

Here is the fix :

_Loot = createVehicle ["WeaponHolderSimulated",[_Loot_Pos select 0, _Loot_Pos select 1,(_Loot_Pos select 2) +  0.05], [], 0, "CAN_COLLIDE"];
