@Laqueesha That blouse would have belong to an officer since it has a "branch" rank insignia, right?

The 4K textures look good; file size doesn't bother me much.

I think so; army nurses are all officers from my understanding.

An officer, huh? That helps, since the rank on the collar is missing too, it only has that nurse symbol (which is not equivalent to a rank of some sort, is it?).

Going back to the main topic, yeah I agree, the file size doesn't bother me too.

like Ltf said its from the VTN mod, hope they add more variants they did a amazing on it, full interior and everything! Works so well with Delta Hawks Uniforms, so much detail in the two makes everything worth while.

If you have both USM and DHI installed USM will override some of DHI's uniforms and remove the GI Gloves in the eyewear slot.

The items of clothing being overridden are the OD and Black regular smocks. I'm guessing this is because of the built-in compatability with USM.

I wish VTN didn't have so many forced "features" . Makes it so i never use it but it has so many good vehicles and weapons

I agree. Sometimes I just want stuff, rather than engine modifications.

Not to derail the topic but I personally love their medical system for SP. Just mentioning it in case there's any other SP peeps out there who haven't tried it.

But back on topic. Just wanted to say I love the direction this mod is going DH. Your work is phenomenal.

Just to pile on a bit more praise for the M65s, I just picked up a former USAF one from a thrift store during a trip to visit my brother at JBLM, WA, and yeah Delta's is very close to the real deal within the limitations of Arma-3-quality 3D modeling and texturing. Even more excellent than I had originally perceived!

PS: If you pick one up yourself, it's great as an outer coat but it has zero insulation. Layer up when it's cold!

Should have gotten the jacket liner too. And the all glorious poncho liner. You’d be set.

It does have the liner though? Not the poncho, I don't think. I was talking about real insulation, like fleece, thinsulate, or just plain old layered cotton

Ah, that liner. Didn't have one at the store. NBD, I can just layer anyways

Ok, just because I know my M65 field jacket is 98% to the real deal...I challenge you to find the only difference between the real thing and my jacket.  The only three things missing was because I was too lazy to add them.

For reference my field jacket that I based this one on is circa 90s woodland, medium, made by Golden Mfg. Co.

Spoiler

all I noticed absent was the pleats on the sleeves and the drawstring along the bottom right. and of course the zippered section on the collar for the hood to come out + the Velcro tab thing on the collar, but those don't count since your model has all that stuff folded over.

Yup, that's it!  I completely forgot to add the pleats.  I notice I forgot the draw string but I ignored it.  The other side of the front zipper should be partially visible but it's so small it's hardly noticeable.

I noticed when you use the grenadier vest with the M65 jackets it clips in the back (https://imgur.com/ITdPjFi) other then that I'm still loving the M65's! I've also been wondering if you have thought of adding the netting fabric to the helmets, I think it would look really good with your 4k uniforms. ( here's some examples: https://imgur.com/a/RTjycUp)

I'm pretty sure that happens with all of USM's vests because the old uniform models are substantially different (I mean, Delta in theory could fix that by converting USM uniforms to DHI models and redoing the vests but... *drumroll* that would require actually updating it 😄)

On a related note, Delta. Have you ever heard of Pauli exclusion principle? Because some of your gear appears to be defying quantum mechanics.

I'm not use his USM mod, I was using his alice webbing vest(Load Bearing Equipment) in DHI 😉

Noticed that too, the cause might be the M65 model being larger than the normal combat uniform (as it should be).

I agree with payne here, the helmets with some netting would be super rad! 😉

The M65s should appear more puffy than the normal BDU blouse, so there will be some clipping with certain gear.  I've already had to slim down the jacket a lot so there's probably not much more I can do.

Not sure what is up with the vest.  I'll have to take a look at it.

I mean, it's not game breaking and with woodland/green uniforms it is much less noticeable. I think it's normal since, as you said, the M65s are more puffy and overall bigger than the standard gear. The jackets are already looking great and all the other alice webbings don't have issues with them. The vest fits perfectly if you put it on when you use the standard BDUs or the t-shirt variants. If you manage to somehow figure this stuff out it would be great, otherwise I don't think it's that much of a bother (not for me at least, can't speak for the others).

You can't use USM and DHI together, they share classnames and it will cause errors.
