Are you in the editor on a map in preview in Lan mp in a mission on a server are you playing a mission that disables 3rd person? So you have this set correct? ----> Options -----> Difficulty -----> View ----> 3rd person view that the box is ticked, just confirming, by default it should be on. What key bindings are you using to set the 3rd person in your controls? This can range from MP all the way to the editor. .Yes i can confirm that Thirdperson is ticked. .I have binded my thirdperson key to ] , But i have rebinded to default and other keys numerous times and it still does not fix. Gunter Severloh 3949 Posted October 14, 2018 Playing with mods? Because other then a mod, or a mission disabling the 3rd person option i see no other way to have this issue. So when your trying to use 3rd person are you infantry, a tank, car, plane? Got to be specific what your playing or im going to throw 20 questions at you. All i can suggest is set your controls back to default, do a verify integrity of cache, restart the game and do a simple test by placing a soldier on an empty map and testing the default key from there, and without mods.
