[East Wind] Where is the Mission "Status Quo" in Win ?

Okay i got it, when you have the same problem, restart the mission before Status Quo and play it again, then you will come to Status Quo.

It can be locked by now.

it depends of the end you choose.

 

depending whether you follow NATO orders or CTRG orders, you'll have different ends.
