I am currently trying to give it a go on making a static animation pack but my lack of experience with Blender and other tools is kinda preventing me from going foward. Though you can find videos and some threads explaining the usage of Animations/Blender most of what you find is regarding Animations for , for example , reload animations. I suppose making Static Animations is easier but I'm having some trouble finding the required files. So in order for me to make static animations what would I need?

First of all you'll need the ArmA 3 toolbox for blender. I've uploaded my own animation rig here which you can open in blender and use as you wish. There's also a template animation config included.

Once you've made an animation you're happy with you just need to go to export and export it as an .rtm (if you see no option to export as .rtm, then you haven't installed the toolbox correctly), then add it to the config, create an addon folder and use addon builder or BinPBO to pack it as a pbo.

Also, you may notice this code in the config. This dictates whether the animation is compatible with POLPOX' weapon fire function. Don't put it under every animation as it will force the trigger finger to curl inwards onto the trigger which may be undesirable for some animations.

Anyone know why my animations that look like this: https://i.gyazo.com/8e3f584965ddfa37cfcd0f9e7e1ffc74.mp4 that I did as a test come out in game like this: https://i.gyazo.com/8f136c6aa11852ef88b84b357a1474e7.png

All the below points have been tested in blender 2.8 to 2.83 while also alternating toolbox versions Exported the default rig to see how it comes out - results the same image as posted Imported A3 sample rtm's and then saved the framed to export - results the same image as posted Used a debin tool to import A3 core rtm's to export - results the same image as posted Used another personas rig based on your with all the same steps as above - results the same image as posted Uninstalled everything and watched 2 hrs of videos again and then repeated the steps above - results the same image as posted
