Installation / Usage: For usage instructions and information of how to use the GF Police and Siren Script please refer to the included documentation and/or example mission. Place in your mission the files . There is everything included , in the init.sqf and description.ext , to copy paste in your mission .https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/SQF_syntax Don't try to open this with the simple notepad. For everything that is with comment // in front or between /* means that it is disabled , so there is no need to delete the extra lines. You can open this ex: with notepad++https://notepad-plus-plus.org/ and also use the extra pluggins (this way will be better , it will give also some certain colours to be able to detect ex. problems )http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=8680 or use any other program for editing . JohnKalo 648 Posted September 3, 2018 Can you please add light-bars to the vehicles? Not just for the Offroad variant. That way we can have police units without any add-ons. Units that write Police and not Gendamerie. Oh and adding extra police lights apart from the light-bar would also be really cool. Like the ones add-ons have. And if you go even further you can create undercover police unit variants with no extra dependency. The Offroad will be with a lightbar but not the Hatchback . I was trying also to find if this is possible. One black texture like : ( if i remember right ! ) -maybe black is already available- this setObjectTextureGlobal[0,"#(rgb,1,1,1)color(0,0,0,0)"]; attach some #lightpoint and my siren script. I will still be on my essential Arma 3 editing break for a hopefully short while. In any case, you have just given the game what is was lacking for years. I was messing around trying to find a .p3d model for something and i notised that there is a model available for Police lights , but this is for the police boat. Does anyone know if there is available the one from the offroad? It's working in a local server and some scripts are for the server and some for the client , though as i see , i haven't set them to do this , everything is working in the init in the example mission.
