Arma 3 dedicated sever help (Bypass warning or force start)

I've got a warning message on the server that says "Warning Message: Addon 'addon_one' requires addon 'Addon_two"

Obviously that's not the real name of the mods but it's a work in progress. I was just wondering if there is any way to straight up by-pass the error messages and force the server to start.

you are trying to load a mod that requires another mod, you need to install the required mod or remove the mod that requires it, no other way
