O2 don't work!?

I'm posting here since no one (including BIS staff) are apparently looking into the "O2 TROUBLESHOOTING" forum.

I have install O2 and Viewer (I have follow the instruction at www.ofp.info/brsseb/). But when I start O2, it get me this error message:

Objektiv2 MFC Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I don't see anything, only the blue top bar and the rest is white. The Buldozer open without any problem. But he open in fullscreen and can't resize it. So what's wrong with o2?

I have change the "flashpoint.cfg", same message.

I don't think it's my comp:

Win XP pro

Geforce 2 MX 400 64MB

AMD 1.4 Ghz

SB Audigy Gamer

1 GB of sdram

Direct X 8.1

One more thing, was the point of the "O2 TROUBLESHOOTING" forum if there is no one to help you out?
