Where can I find a copy of the Beast Bandana IRL?

Bandana in question here

Really want to buy this IRL, any idea where I could find it or get it made?

I get it that the modern society can be extremely confusing for most, especially how to search for stuff on the internet.

Lucky for most breathing and other basic bodily functions aren't too complicated and have been automated by mother nature.

Since I'm in a good mood I will help you find a conclusion to your problem.

Three questions followed by their answers will lead you to a store where you can purchase something like this:

  1. What is printed on the bandana? Teeth.
  2. What word could also be used to put into google search? Bandana.
  3. So what's the final phrase to put into google search? Teeth Bandana.

Cheers

Hello! To your surprise or not, I actually did do that, as well as any other iteration of a "teeth bandana" that you could've thought. I (thankfully) know that Google exists, and after trying for literal hours browsing 25 google pages on almost every site that sells bandanas, I came to the conclusion that, while it is very common for sellers to sell bandanas with a teeth design, Bohemia Interactive's design is seemingly absent from the market. This might be due to the seemingly small amount of physical content on sale that's available in relation to Arma 3, but I can't be sure. I ended up being so sure of this that I ended up making it myself, by downloading the .pbo file (characters_something), opening it with Arma 3 tools, and using TexView2 to convert the specific bandana texture file from a .paa texture to a .png (all of which I happened to learn on Google). I then used Photoshop to resize it, printed it out, and ended up embroidering it onto a blank bandana (never embroidered before, but thankfully modern society isn't extremely confusing, especially on how to search for stuff on the internet). I searched for the bandana design for hours (even used Bing at one point, gross), offered to pay $10 to the first person who found it over on Reddit (no one did), and contacted several artists asking them to sketch out the design for me before realizing I could just do it myself. I was hoping this "wonderful" community would have helped me avoid much of that, but obviously, it did not. Fingers crossed that no one else has to do the same steps I did just to come to the conclusion that:

A. This community really doesn't like it when people ask what they assume are "simple questions" that you can Google (when in fact, you can't).

B. No one sells this design due to the super niche nature where it comes from.

By the way, if anyone does happen to be interested in getting this design, I will link at the bottom to a Reddit post I made where people actually helped! If anything, feel free to message me.

Cheers

No disrespect.

I think you took some offense from Grumpy's post for some reason but I really don't think that was his intentions. To be honest... It is just plain common sense:

Well. There is your answer? You even told us your story about how you made it. Which is pretty cool I guess. You said you did do that?

Was that before or after?

If it was before then why ask? If it was after then you asked the wrong question.

I just typed into Google "bandana teeth" and found some. They may not be exactly like A3 but your first post is lacking much information. Again, no disrespect.

So you did want to buy an exact copy of BIs bandana design?

Don't assume things about an entire community just from one topic and a few answers,

Spoiler

especially if an answer can be found via google,

Spoiler

and it's altis life related.

As @HazJ stated, most stuff is more tongue-in-cheek than meant in an insulting/offensive manner, those things are usually handled via PM (have yet to run into anyone deserving this).

Did you actually manage to get a bandana printed? How did it turn out?

Other than that it could be worthwile trying to contact one of the devs to see if they're willing to send you a higher resolution file of those teeth.

Cheers

This is not true about the community. It is just  @Grumpy Old Man. He doesn't like a lot of things, whereas you will find for instance that I am a most agreeable person. ;-P

Congratulations (no sarcasm) on your acquiring of the bandana, wow, you really wanted that bandana!

Also, good call on posting the design on reddit. I was just about to say you can't rob a bank with it if you're the only person in the world with this design.
