Hello guys,

 

normally I'm the type of guy who tries to fix his problems by himself and most of the time it works out well, but this time I'm out of ideas.

I'm running Arma 3 with a bunch of mods and I have a strange error since a couple of weeks.

 

I'm creating a custom faction right now and as I was going to start testing the vests of the units I got the following error everytime I (or the AI) gets a hit on the vest :

Error not defined varable in expression: _bpvestclass

 

As always, I tried to fix it myself, first I took a look in my mods to see if one of those is causing the error by disabling them one by one but I just can't seem to find the solution.

I googled, I got a lot of somewhat similar topics but none of them is adressing this special one.

 

Could anyone of you give me a hand here? Would be really thankful -.-

Without a RPT file, we won't be able to help; but given the variable name, my money is on the Breaking Point mod.

Thought maybe someone had this error already and is gonna say "yup, this one".

Good hint with Breaking Point, I HAD the mod but uninstalled it some time ago. Maybe that's it.

 

Here's the part of the file (I'm aware of the double entries and that the table is pretty screwed up) which shows the error :

[SOLVED]

 

Nevermind, I had some free time today and after 3 or 4 hours I managed to throw the error out.

My only problem now is... I don't know HOW I did it, cause after this amount of time I got kinda frustrated and tried multiple things at once.

 

As soon as I'm able to chase this little shitty bug (or mod) down to his home I'll let you people know, in case someone else has this problem in the future.

 

@haleks : you would've lost your money on this one, I can say for sure it wasn't Breaking Point.
