How do I make a soldier shoot a flare?

I want to make a EAST soldier shoot a flare when EAST sees a WEST soldier or a bullet is fired. How do I do this? Idea: 40 U.S. soldiers attack a Russian held Crossroads in the middle of the night. As soon as firing erupts or east sees west, Russian soldier fires flare into the air calling massive Russian reinforcements.

should of been unitname Fire ["GrenadesMuzzle","Flare"]

The "for east" bit was just to show that granademuzzle was for the east and M203Muzzle was for the west, Two different commands depending on what grenade launcher is in use.

unitname fire ["FlareRed","FlareRed"];

look get straight to the point.

make two triggers and in both of their on activation fields use <span style='color:red'>unitname Fire["GrenadesMuzzle", "Flare"]</span>. make the second one activate after round 3 seconds to make him fire the thing becuz the first makes him load the flare.....

wen upon adding flares to him u can have red (flarered), green(flaregreen), yellow (flareyellow) and white (flare).

But doesn't the guy fire the flare straight ahead and not up? Is it possible to make him point his gun straight up or something before he fires?
