No weather/lighting defined in .overcast/lighting

I've been trying to get a map working recently and I am now getting errors when trying to pack it.

Here is the bin.log

I assumed that this config would import the weather from stratis but I am still getting errors.

Anyone know/think they can help find the most likely blatant error?
