Needed Fixes (blackfish and all tanks)

Hi, 

      I'm a longtime player and I have a few recommended fixes for the game.

 

Blackfish (armed)  - The 40mm side cannon needs to have automatic reverse lead compensation on the gun.   You are forced to aim way to the left of your target in order for it to impact where you want it.   This feature seems to be present for the 20mm cannon and 105mm cannon.   

 

Tanks - All the tanks seem way too vulnerable to all of the hand held Anti Tank weapons.
