Revolving DCON 2 Posted March 1, 2018 Is there a way to do this without getting extremely hacky? I have a tank attached to an aerial vehicle and when upside down they get out. I think I've tried just about every default function there is and don't really want to go down the road of event handlers that just delete and replace them every-time they get out. Thanks!
AZCoder 921 Posted March 1, 2018 Would enableSimulation false on the AI members work for you? 1

pierremgi 4739 Posted March 2, 2018 What for with "enabled sim false" Ais ??
Grumpy Old Man 3540 Posted March 2, 2018 Just lock it. Cheers
HazJ 1288 Posted March 2, 2018 @Grumpy Old Man - That doesn't work. At least when I tested earlier. Neither does disableAI for that matter.

I figure if a tank is flying in the air as depicted above, the AI inside don't need to be active. In my experience, once an AI has been inside a vehicle, lock is useless. f2k sel 164 Posted March 2, 2018 Only thing I ever find to work in A2 was to use the Get Out Eventhandler to slam them back in their seats as soon as they try to exit.

So, there is no interest to have a disabled crew inside tank while flying. And yes lock is useless.

mrcurry 470 Posted March 6, 2018 I think they might get out cause the vehicle is deemed knocked out. Have you tried: vehicle allowCrewInImmobile bool vehicle setUnloadInCombat [allowCargo, allowTurrets]

Not the best solution :/
