I can't see the unit insignia

Recently, or maybe for long time I can't see any others unit insignia at my, and others shoulders.

Few days ago I joined my clan unit in arma unit site https://units.arma3.com/unit/ua3s. Then all other members are can see the insignia at their own shoulder and even my shoulder like this

but I can't see that on their shoulder and my shoulder neither.

I take this pics in offical server with no addons.

 

What is the problem? I can't find the option about this. I checked the using unit setting in launcher and I checked my profile is joined unit. But no insignia.

And of course this is not only happened at my unit insignia, but all others insignia. I never saw that unit insignia in game.

Hello, one thing to try is to close down the game, delete the unit logo on your local machine, and try login back in and joining a server. The logo file might be re-downloaded which can sometimes resolve the issue.
The logo file should be in C > Users > username > AppData > Local > Arma3 > Units > unitname (or some similar location)

Unfortunately, I already done that. And not worked at all

And for that I have question. my profile is saved at users>usersname>my documents>arma 3 - other profiles like this.

All of my mission file download is in here, custom sound here, etc.

This not default route for profile can be the problem for this?

This is default for me on Windows 10. What @BohemiaBeckwas saying where the APP data was stored, as this also where your rpts are stored etc.
