Steam Workshop NOT downloading mods

I checked my A3Launcher and it appears newly subscribed mods or updated mods are not downloading. I have enough free space on my SSD. It started around the middle of Dec until now.

 

For example the RKSL mod recently uploaded sits in the QUEUE waiting to be downloaded but it never does.

 

I believe this is something about Steam's server again as in the past, I had trouble downloading the mods list. It used to show up as steam id numbers for the mod folders but Iceman fixed it.

 

Anyone else having these issues as well and is there another way to force the workshop mods to download?

use repair mod in A3 launcher (RMB on the mod)

@ .kju, thanks for tip. Appears to work but ONLY if I click REPAIR on the mods, then launch ARMA 3 into the main menu from the launcher.

 

If I just click repair, then let it sit, nothing happens so there must be something wrong with STEAM or a file that talks to STEAM from the launcher UI.

well sometimes one has to close the A3 launcher again, or even steam restart
