Why should there be a peak? And you don't seem to have any data there.

Well if you pause/tab-out the game renders less and disables sound, so yes framerate rises.

Less load -> more fps.

because I have selected the tall rectangle bar

no I meant the profiler records more frames even I put it in pause

Profiler just records every single frame produced by the game. When game is in pause, frame rate can be different than when it's actually running.

I have change to profiling biuld and successfully connect to profiler. But now I need to connect to dedicated server, and no luck, RPT:
