Ok, found the explanation.

 

Servers are down for maintenance. Found the announcement on the Steam forum (it's probably here somewhere too):

Hello Mercenaries. Our Argo servers will be down due to maintenance this afternoon from 3:00 - 5:00 PM (CET) .

Hmm we need update 1.05 to play now. Steam doesn't autoupdate the game. CET time is like 6:00PM.

Bonjour Termiatorpdc2, deux solutions soit c'est une maintenance soit c'est la fin, si c'est une maintenance je pense que ca va durer car un serveur qui ne rapporte pas d'argent n'est vraiment pas une priorité 😁

Unfortunately I think the game will not get a "Revive" this time...
The official website "projectargo.net" is now redirecting to Bohemia's website since October and the "argo-validator.bistudio.com" seems to be down also.

I'm pretty sad, but not surprised at all of how Bohemia handle the removal of (Project) Argo without any care about their users.

I've still the problem, a connection to Bohemia interactive servers is not possible [0x2002].

So Argo still is not usable:-(

Do anyone have an idea how to fix this?

As expected, Argo isn't anymore.

It has been confirmed by a Argo's team member and on the official Facebook's page.

Even there, it seems that it is the job of the community to announce the bad news on their forums.

But You can always join the Survivor servers on Arma3 ..

BF XP mod  on Malden map  Server is also fully compatible with the Arma3 version...
