What does skill bar in editor actually do?

As title said.

 

I'm not so sure how it effect to AI in the game, does it improve AI Engagement behavior or does it improve AI Firing accuracy or both?

The AI system is quite complex, being calculated through the Game Engine and FSMs based on a wide variety of variables and the situation each second. I'm guessing the Eden Setting is the generic setting for all sub-skills. You can change each one if needed via scripts. Would be nice if the individual skills could be adjusted for each in the Eden Editor, for those who are not privy to the scripting side of the hobby.
