Situation With NATO support, Livonia is successfully holding on against the Russian onslaught. The enemy is getting bogged down in dense forests. His advance along main roads is stopped by strong armoured forces. LDF are covering the coalition's northern flank, while NATO tanks defend the way to our capital. Yesterday, Russian forces were unable to proceed through our minefield. As a result, they have been delayed, and diverted North into the forest. Their forward elements will engage our lines soon. We are well prepared.

Enemy Forces Strength & Composition - Russian troops are numerous, but of poor quality. The bulk of the Battalion sized force consists of Motostrelki conscripts. Two platoons of marine infantry are in reserve. One mechanised Guards platoon covers the enemy's right flank. Transport and recon helicopters spotted.

Intent - To seize the intersection of two MSRs at Uski Disposition - Forward motorised elements poised to assault our defences. Elite elements delayed or guarding flanks, unlikely to be deployed offensively if intial attacks fail. 1x mortar pit with limited range & ammo (red smoke used as spotting rounds). Limited anti air artillery, delayed. Russian force is vulnerable to counter attack. Friendly Forces

Strength & Composition - Understrength infantry company (friendly AI) guarding Intersection at Uski. LDF Mechanised Platoon "1-1" rushed up as quick reaction force. Light rotary wing "Echo" in support. Disposition - Defending Uski along 3x fortified positions. Well supplied, supported, and available for counter attack.

Mission - Light mechanised platoon 1-1 will assist in the defence of Uski. Provided the defence is successful, 1-1 will counter attack.

To finish off our six week deployment in Finland, 1st Air Assault was tasked with providing security to a BBC news team who were looking for evidence proving Russia was behind the foreign invasion.

Unknown to our general membership until the very last minute, two members took on the role of reporter and cameraman. The unit was given strict instructions to cover their faces and withhold any personal information from the news crew, just offering up assigned callsign and role in the group. Between the in-game action, excellent role-playing and clever video editing, we ended up with a very nice video!

All in-game action, nothing staged.

Due to the lack of supplies and massive losses to our armor and infantry in the past month all remaining forces have

retreated back 15 kilometers (9.32 miles) or more to try to establish a new front line.

The five of us here who are whats left of us still remaining in the city are trying to gather any weapons

and ammo while moving south down a long stretch of road through enemy territory back to new established lines, along the

stretch of road we come across our own fallen that were also trying to escape.

Eliminating very long range targets including a kill at over 2500 meters at the end of the video. I'm using the GM6 Lynx with APDS rounds and the LRPS scope.

Taken a while to edit the video below, but here it is, the initial mission for the group's recent deployment to Finland. The video features a guest appearance of Nillers, the Arma 3 community manager! He fit in so well, you have to really look form (hint, his custom face wasn't working so he's the ghostly white player!!!!

Enjoy!!
