I de-pbo'd the mission and the Zeus Game Master Module doesn't have "All addons (including unofficial ones)" as the option chosen in the default addons option. As it is currently configured, it only allows for "All official addons". You can change this by doing what I just did, plus re-pbo'ing the mission files.
