ORANGE DLC Q2

Judging by this table, the ORANGE  DLC will come out before the Malden DLC - June 17

Q2 also ends in June.

Did I understand everything correctly because I'm not particularly familiar with acronyms (TBA e.t.c.)?

TBC means To Be Confirmed. Basically: "We're not quite sure we might be able to release it around this time period chaps but we'll give it a try!"

When in reality it actually means "We can make up whatever release date we want, so suck it!"

Malden is different because it has had an actual release date published and it's right in the middle of June, which matches up with its Q2 release date. Orange on the other hand, is not getting a release in Q2 and has been changed to Q3 (hence why it's TBC). You can check the DLC Bundle 2 page on the BIStore for info on this:

Arma 3 "Orange" (working title) (est. Q3 2017*)

While the exact theme of the Arma 3 "Orange" DLC (working title) will be announced at a later date, this upcoming new package will explore an interesting and unique perspective on the battlefield. The Arma 3 "Orange" DLC will include new vehicles, new clothing and gear, new decorative objects, a mini-campaign, Showcase and Challenge scenarios, and more. In terms of size, the "Orange DLC" stands somewhere in between the Arma 3 Karts and Arma 3 Helicopters/Marksmen/Jets/Tanks DLC.

At the bottom of the page, take note of the disclaimer for the asterisk:

So no, Orange will not be releasing in Q2.

I also should add that it's a bit too much to expect Orange to release so soon after Jets. Keep in mind that Jets has not even been out for more than a month; they'd want to maximise their sales on it before releasing another (potentially content-heavy) DLC. That's exactly why both Tac Ops and Tanks DLC have their release dates ambiguously spread out over multiple Quarter periods instead of being back-to-back.
