Well... the DLC bundle.

Timer says Jets will unlock in 3 hours.

Thats 13h GMT.  (for me will unlock at 15h)

 

edit: Can you please post a link or better a screenshot of the info you have seen?

I would love to use the filter(view through cockpit) of F18 to play as infantry , makes the game more colorful more interesting. If you guys make that default for the game believe me it would make a great difference for most of us.

Congratulations on release!

Awesome. Jets now feel nice and polished.

Playing with TflightHotasX Flight stick, and Opentrack for head tracking...

Showcase is short but nice.

 

Managed to connect to some NMD Sandbox server playing dogfight. What a BLAST!

 

Also I managed to stall the aircraft with wings vertical, like i was frozen in the air... It was really difficult to recover... Is this realistic? Should the nose drop down?

In fact the new jets can get out of a stall with an afterburner like a spaceX rocket. Developers can "just" pick up the angle of attack (AoA) from each jet and replicate it in the game.

But at the moment their stall is quite unreal, wipeout / neophron is more supermaneuverability than a dlc jet, and I think Wing Load was not calculated / implemented.

What is this new camera when flying a helicopter?

 

This is dreadful, I thought this was Bohemia interactive not Rockstar, why have you adjusted the camera whilst flying to the type of GTA V. 

 

Don't get me wrong everything else about this DLC is great, good work. However< I went from a pro at flying and now can't even land a heli without blowing up due to this new camera,

My feedback would be, at least have the option to revert back to the old camera rather than this, awful tracking camera.

The camera is meant more for planes. Previously the camera wouldn't follow you in pitch, made flying 3rd person in planes impossible. I also do not find the helicopter camera to be too bad at all.

You guys seem to have forgotten about the AA buzzard.

 

Its missiles do almost no damage to the new jets. Also, often the new jets missiles seem to explode 5m away and not damage the buzzard at all. It seems to be a hitbox/damage model problem.

Please adjust the external camera view of aircraft. You should be able to have the camera  further away from the aircraft and watch the bombs hit their target.

Click on the filter in the asset browser and select ARMA 3 JETS.......

Couple of questions for those playing the DLC cause I haven't had the chance to play it on DEV often, have the static objects (bomb racks etc) made it in last second? And can AI use the carrier?

 

Also Devs, could it be possible to add a module that replicates the actions of the Showcase AI deck crews when their synchronized to it regarding take off procedure?

Things to imrove:
- Gripen needs smother animation for the canards.

- Gripen exhaust nozzle is waaaaaaaaaay too small. 0 power should be the current full power animation. ( see how it is on youtube )

- Option to use loadouts with like a ammo truck, handgar or the carrier.

- Still the same bad exhaust texture.
( when afterburner is not engaged there should be no "flame texture", like it is right now )
- Afterburner is needed.

- Better texture on the planes

+ Super cool internal weaponsbay animations
+ Cool new planes ( and carrier )
+ Sensors, radar
+ Damage model

Not sure, but even without a burner they can climb with a reasonable angle of attack

Bad textures? I would check your graphics settings.
