As i understand this is a low poly model? I'm not a specialist but some parts are not smoothed.

it started out as a low poly then I picked up substance painter2, so I whent nuts with the verts

I just don't understand - will you make high poly or not?) Because some parts in your model are H/P others are Low poly. Strange case. Or maby i don't know something...

ok the model as it stands is 124,968 vertices, I will need to cut them by a 1/2 if i want to put it in game that why Im going to use Retopology to make the lowpoly and bump map.

Plus the wheels sit at 9,125 verts and times that by 9, gives you 82,125 verts just for the wheels

well new Pc rig and back to the grind Plus I was seeing I can reuse the model for the HX 77 to make the HX 60 and that is yes
