If you open and close ESC menu, chat disappears

Tested in a Arma 3 Official server, Wasteland, my mod BRPVP and listen server with a vanilla mission.

 

If i open and close the ESC menu, the chat dont appears anymore.

 

Already verifyed files in Steam.

Already tried to find unpacked pbo's in Arma 3 folder (just in case).

Steam Overlay is off.

 

Specs:

i7 4790K

Nvidia GTX 1080 (378.49 driver)

Windows 7

There is option in game settings, something like "safe for video record". This is the option for people who records video from the game and want the chat to be hidden. I don't know why it is On be default. I was suffering from this issue some time until I found the answer on the forum.
