Hi!
As the title says, I can't figure out how to use Murklor's AI Spawn Script. I'm a total noob in scripting, therefore I can't really understand what should I do. I'd gladly use some detailed instructions on how to use this script or a description of another way to despawn editor-placed units and spawn them later using trigger, while maintaining all the setup like waypoints etc.

this is a really old script. TBH id keep looking or just spawn in units with scripting as needed with trigger or some event. it really depends on what you want. there are mods like ALIVE, DAC and scripts like EOS and others that may work better.

The script will kick up errors when testing it from  within the editor, but in-game, still works like a charm, If you want something that will spawn units and follow waypoints etc, this is the most lightweight, easiest scripts out there IMHO.

 

Here is a video I created years ago but goes over the baiscs. Where users seem to fall down is not paying attention to the lines which call the script. This too is explained in the video.
