Performance has plummeted on Mac

After updating my game to the legacy branch version to be able to play Tanoa, the performance has plummeted to unplayable levels. I'm getting 10-15 FPS on tanoa with all low settings. Previously I'd be able to play with medium-high settings and get 25-40 FPS. Has this been happening to anyone else?

same here man ... hope it gets fixed soon, it was running well before the update
