2. If I want to make a tank, will I have to import every part (turret, track and so) single, or can I import the whole mesh as one object?

3. How can I get the turret into a turret and so? I mean do I need a special name, that the program "think": -this is the turret- and so, or are there special function-attributes which I have to add?
