AI : Closed Line Formation

Hello guys,i am trying to make two or more air vehicles(Airplanes) fly in a close line,right now the two AIs are simply flying in a large line formation with around 20 meters between them,how can i reduce this distance,to get this result?

You can try to experiment with disabling some AI features, like: this disableAI "FSM";

Thank you, I tried but no luck.

It seems that the only way of doing this is attaching the units among them. Unfortunately this makes the whole thing unnatural and mechanic. That's bad.

Use unitCapture and unitPlay if you want vehicles to do something like this.
ArmA helicopter/plane AI isn't awfully great at flying in formation.

If its just for an eye-candy fly-by, you can try my Fly In Formation script.

 

But if you need the units to have AI and react to threats, etc, then my script is no good for you.
