How to update your saved game with new mod/s?

Salutations to all !!!

 

 

I would like to know if this is possible when you downloaded (a) new mod/s that you have NOT enabled it yet and you have a saved game that does not have the new mod/s and would like to update your saved game with the new mod/s that you would like to add and saved it later with the new mod/s.

 

 

Because I notice that when I continue my saved game, the new mod/s does not load and can't be activated or used.

 

 

What would you do to enabled the new mod/s in your saved game? Will you use the debug console or a console and enter or type a code/parameter to update your saved game with the latest mod?

 

 

Is it possible? How?

 

 

Thank you.

 

 

P.S. 

I don't like to restart over again when you want to add (a) new mod/s and its features.

We're not talking like a Fallout 4 "save-game" here. I assume you're talking with regard to the main campaign, in which case 90% of mods/addons wont take effect because they need to be manually added to the mission.sqm of each mission (certainly in the case of unit/weapon/vehicle addons anyway). It depends massively on the mod. Mods such as ACE would load all of their native features automatically, however various modules such as the medical module would need to be placed in each mission manually by the player.

Sorry never played fallout 4.

 

I am not using the mods for the campaign. For example I use the mods for SP Ravage mod that has a save system but the problem was that when I add a new mod and enabled it via expansion menu and loaded up my previous Ravage saved game, the new mods weren't there.

 

Because I was thinking that maybe there is a way to update the saved game with the new mods enabled via console. Because some other games do this kind of way of updating the saved game with the latest mods installed in the game. (I'm sorry but I don't remember what the name of the game was... I only remember updating the saved file).

Well, that would have been useful information to put in the first post...

Anyway, ask in the Ravage thread. The way in which it accesses what addons you have installed may very well be dependant upon the mission so you're better off asking there...
