Sounds broken on new build

Some car sounds are broken on this new build, me and 2 other people are having the same problem let me know if anyone else got the same or not.

Looks like it got fixed by a server restart, may be some server problem

Not fixed...have same issues daily. Can hear the vehicles start and stop...thats about it....nothing else.

The same bug in the latest dev build, after I get back in the game and load a save game, vehicles have no engine sound.  :(

I cant believe this shit is still not fixed. I know its a dev/preview build but seriously....the game releases in a few weeks and im yet to see any DEV word regarding this issue.
