There already is, Controls > Plane Movement > Brake (Analogue) I use this with my Thrustmaster A10 HOTAS and it allows me to deploy speedbreak whenever I want, not sure if it works with keyboard and mouse though. The TGT Pod system is a vanilla thing now, only thing he has to add custom is the ability to lase, which he's done before BI came out with the pod.
