Arma 3 server: 1.60 RC: Crash on launch

Arma 3 server on version 1.60.136052 occasionally crashes on launch. Sometimes it launches and runs without fault, and other times it crashes.

Server files were validated during the initial download.

Logs (.rpt, .bidmp, and .mdmp) for both successful and unsuccessful launches can be found in this ZIP file.

I have not had any server crashes since the newer 1.60 Release Candidate versions and the 1.60 main branch update.
