No sure what your on about the .paa files mine work fine, make sure you have textview2 in the tools installed correctly. And could you clarify what you mean by other stuff as this isn't very helpful. And could you clarify what you mean by other stuff as this isn't very helpful. I have reinstalled textview2 a couple of times, i tried manual installation or using it through the tools but nothing if I have to make some paa files i just ask a friend to do it for me. About that other stuff the most important one is that I wake up some days (very rarely thank god) to find arma uninstalled which annoys the living hell out of me. The rest is some very simple stuff like the launcher not opening sometimes or the game crashing for no apparent reason, there are ways around those that's why i dont consider them important. What is the issue with textview2 - why can't you create .paa files? I find when you open a .tga you can save it, but sometimes it defaults to .pac - simple change to all file types and then save the file with the filename.paa Arma3 been un-installed is a steam issue, usually happens to my XCOM2 install. The launcher not opening, can be connected to your local user credentials. Is your windows computer account a full Admin level?

The issue with textview2 isnt that it doesnt create .paa files, it doesnt open them along with png files so its useless to me. My windows is not on full admin level. My windows is not on full admin level. Well perhaps elevate your account to full admin, i am not sure why you wouldn't have your account at full admin anyway. Then again i work in IT Support so its second nature to me.

R0adki11 3949 Posted April 27, 2016 Did that and i see no difference, its the same problems Then i would suggest using the search feature on these forums to see if you can resolve the error, if no answer it maybe local to your computer setup.

HeroesandvillainsOS 1504 Posted April 30, 2016 Did any of you guys have to delete the Xbox app through Powershell? Occasionally it will force me back to the desktop while playing Arma. The game doesn't crash but it's like the app has super high priority and I don't even own an Xbox. Deleted it yesterday and now am having sudden out of memory crashes on mission start and was wondering if I should put it back in?

Jaha 4 Posted May 16, 2016 Have been running Win10 and A3 since Win10 was released haven't had any problems yet just make sure all your drivers are up to date.
IndeedPete 1038 Posted May 16, 2016 It works fine on my Windows 10 machine. The only small issue I found since using 10 is that the game sometimes seems to lose focus and when I scroll, say to use the action menu. It scrolls both the action menu and the browser/explorer/what have you on my second screen. A bit annoying if you watch YouTube videos while editing and it suddenly scrolls down to the comments while you're actually in game. I never experienced this with Windows 8.1. Though it seems to be an issue for all my fullscreen applications so it's not particularly Arma 3 related. Oh, and by running Arma 3 my system consumes way more RAM now since Windows 10 seems to run some weird memory compressing service (ntoskrnl.exe) when I play Arma. However, this doesn't cause any performance issues or anything. And I can even run a server + HC + main instance at the same time on my machine (just 8GB RAM) without problems. I did not delete mine, but stopped it from running and set it to manual startup. Which I did for a few windows features. Has not run since. Have not seen any issues either. Phantoms 1 Posted May 19, 2016 Works fine on my Windows10 machine. the only issue I have is that my board and video card are MSI and I use Live Update to keep their driver up to date. MSI Live Update will sometime kick me out of game to desktop to run. This is frustrating and I just disable Live Update and only run it manually when I want to overcome it.
