Hello good people!

okay so first, a progress shot just to prove to you guys suppressors are in the works:
dsr_stripped_sd_by_zeealex-dac38d4.jpg

Fun fact: the DSR-1 can actually operate like this, in fact it weighs less than 3.82Kg in this configuration, less than the british L85 assault rifle. as a result, this stripped version will be available in the mod.

Okay so I've drawn up a list of weapons and scopes I would like to make in the forseeable future for this mod, please be advised the list is by no means final and I've tried to take into account people's suggestions where possible, if your suggestion isn't there please don't be disheartened, I might do it sometime in the future yet. It focuses primarily on full sniper rifles and anti materiel rifles for now, and over time will eventually progress into DM rifles.

Weapons:

M110 + suppressor
Mk13 MOD 5/L96 + suppressor
Cutsom M14 with VLTOR stock and full side rails.
H+K PSG-1
Stripped DSR + suppressor
DSR Long Barrel
Barrett M82 pre A1 (with raised short rail and round muzzle brake)
Barrett M99
Barrett M107A1
Custom M24
OBR SM Tarnow Bor - A Polish 7.62mm Bullpup Sniper rifle with a full free floating barrel - also called ALEX

Scopes:

Premier Heritige 5-25x/M8541A SSDS
Tangent Theta 5-25x
Leupold Mk6 6x
AN PAS 13C Heavy
AN PVS 10
AN PVS 27

I'm dedicating this to one of my all time favourite Ghost Recon 1 weapon mods, so the modname will, for now, be called "One Shot One Kill" or "OSOK"

I remember osok!!

Happy to see the classic psg1 one in there too.

Let me know if you need any reference pics for the aics stock...

I have a remington 700 action with bull barrel in a green aics stock lying around ;)

Edit- would love to see the Barrett 98b too :)

I believe the one I was talking about, and you're thinking of, (with the AICS 2.0 stock) is the MOD 5:

 1212181447f02adb27f72deb2d.jpg

(The modifications to the muzzle are to fit an M110/MK 11 suppressor, Lilja made the barrels)

- Remington Long Action Receiver (I've actually seen several with the new Stiller Mk13 actions though - essentially a Tac300)
- 26" Lilja Barrel, contoured to accept a KAC Mk11 suppressor
- Accuracy International Long Action AICS
- Remington (actually made by Badger) MARS rail
- KAC Mk11 suppressor
- Optics are Nightforce 3.5-15x50 SFP or 3.5-15x50F1 FFP for Army rifles and 5.5-22x56 for Navy models. Have seen others though to include the occasional HDMR, S&B or USO

The MK13 MOD 0 looked something like this:

IMG_0532-1.jpg

-Rem 700 LA, 300 WM
-M16 extractor mod
-27" Lilja barrel
-A191 chamber
-McM A2 stock, spacer system,saddle c/p
-McCann MIRS rail
-NF 5.5-22 x 56 with high rings

and an in house manufactured recoil lug, "L" shaped, that is threaded for a third action screw.

And here's a MOD 6 just for completions sake:

Mk13.jpg~original

- Stiller Mk13 Action - very similar to the Tac300
- 26" Lilja Barrel, threaded for a suppressor
- Accuracy International Long Action AX Chassis
- I've heard that both Surefire and AAC suppressors are acceptable
- Optics will either be the S&B PSR scope, Nightforce 3.5-15x50F1 or 5.5-22x56 depending on the unit who orders them.

that mod 6 looks wicked cool!

I might also experiment with static tripod mounted sniper rifles, deployable of course, let me know what you think of that!

Could you also include the G22? It´s basically a modified L96 chambered in .300 Win Mag which is why I´m asking this. It wouldn´t require a completely new nodel as far as I can tell.

Anyway, great work so far :) your models are on of the best in the whole modding community

I believe the one I was talking about, and you're thinking of, (with the AICS 2.0 stock) is the MOD 5:

There was a version of Mk13 with a green AICS quite a while before the Mod.5.

Doesn't have the highly tapered tip on the barrel and notch for suppressors

Mod.5 with suppressor (centre) next to some with threaded muzzles and brakes (Mod.4?) and some green ones like the above, with regular straight tapered barrels

I think this one is the same, but in more recent use:

Nice one Zee :) You planning a woodland version for Tanoa?

Also-not sure if was mentioned, but in the arsenal you can attach an IR illuminator to the M24-but it does not show up on the model as there is no rail attachment. The IR beam can still be used though.

as for that it's because it must be set in the config but it's not proxied on the model. i'll have a word with the gang later :)
