Error when loading the scenario

Recommended Posts

I am getting this issue when trying to load an extracted PBO file or a downloaded multiplayer file to edit. How should I fix this issue?

have you renamed the .pbo to mission.Map.pbo, like mission123.Stratis.pbo?

has the .pbo been created with 3den enhanced? if you dont know try enabling 3den enhanced when starting the mission. there was a dependency bug with triggers lately.

The pbo was not created with 3eden enhanced but I use it. Renaming the pbo to mission.Map.pbo does not work.

Turns out according to this old thread https://forums.bistudio.com/topic/188150-can-i-open-2d-in-eden/

You need to add a player in the 2D editor.

Ctrl-O (O as in Old) from the Select Map dialog will open up the 2D editor in Dev Build and Apex RC Build.
