FPS slowly decreasing. Clientside RPT 50+MB

Myself, and people of my clan are currently experiencing an issue where clientside FPS is dropping from 50+ to at last check was 16. 

 

Mods are :- 

 

                 RHS US + Russian

                 Cup Terrains

                 ACE3

                 CBAa3

                 Task Force Radio

 

This is the repeated error we get.

Server RPT is fine.

I'm having this same issue:

Having the same issue, I suspect it has something to do with server bandwidth or packet size configuration in basic.cfg ?

resolved this issue by adjusting MinBandwidth and MaxBandwidth parameters in basic.cfg

My server has 100 Mbps interface card to WAN router so I adjusted that accordingly as MaxBandwidth and 95 Mbps as MinBandwidth

 

Before that I had ad-hoc default values described in the Wiki
