[Arma3][Stable][1.56.134627][DS] Spotting and Dedicated-Server difficulty in server browser broken

Hello,

 

the first thing is on AltisLife Servers with normal difficulty settings like here (https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_3_Difficulty_Menu#Server_Side_Difficulties_Override) you cant spot CIVILIANS but you can spot WEST, EAST and INDEPENTED side. For AltisLife this is a very big problem, because civilians can spot the cops but the cops cant spot civilians. With spotting i mean spot per circumflex (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circumflex , on the left of the 1). With this key in AltisLife you can spot the driver of a vehicle and other normal units. Problem on linux and windows DS.

 

The other thing is, the server browser show the false difficulty settings. We play regular and the server browser say recrute on linux and windows DS.

 

 

Short:

1. circumflex spotting is broken for the CIVILIAN side (download repo with server difficulty settings)
2. wrong difficulty on server browser

 

Tested on:

1. linux DS
2. windows 2012 DS
3. circumflex spotting tested with all difficulty settings
