Last night I paid for the arma 3 dlc bundle with paypal but I never received it. Does it normally take so long for them to send me an email of dlc activation code?

My understanding is that there should be a link there somewhere on the BI store to login in to your steam account which will then activate the dlc on steam.

Then you should be able to download it there.
