Battleye wont kick people

I turned on battleye on our dedicated server.

 

 

I have this in my scripts.txt

 

5 PA_arsenal

5 vaa_arsenal

5 grace_sway

5 vaa_fnc_vaa_arsenal

5 ULTIMATE_SOLDIER2MP

5 TRYK_

 

 

All it does however is log people.

Thats all well and good but why are they still in the server? 

It never kicks them :-/
