As was killing +1 million Algerians during French occupation, but that was a long time ago, today's generation has nothing to do with it. I wonder how Rumi would have rebuked those terrorists had he been alive today. For "mainstream" Islam to accommodate the times it needs an institution to address the world. Despite the downright racist comment of yours, these images are something for courtrooms and intelligence services, not for newspapers and social media. I disregard censorship but since you posted it in public space, I can just as well critisize you for doing so. An answer could be that the terrorists trained in Irak or Syria then went to Belgium. The three teams came from Belgium to France on November the 12th in one convoy, so i suppose that French police didn't know where they were, nor who were the guys ready to attack. But anyway, the problem you raised is the main one : how to prevent such actions ? How to handle with the few thousands of radicalized people in France ? ProfTournesol 956 Posted November 19, 2015 Some more details on the attack on the Bataclan : the first to intervene were normal policemen, which can be seen on the video i posted earlier in this topic. They killed one of the three kamikaze and stopped the slaughter in the theater. Then the special police forces intervened to evacuate as many civilians as possible, which were hidden everywhere in the theater. They progressed very slowly in the upper floors in the stareways and very narrow corridors, and finally were stopped by the terrorists which were hiding behind 20 hostages. They go on progressing without shooting to evacuate the hostages, under heavy fire (27 shots on the shield). No hostage was wounded, a policeman was hit in the hand by a ricochet.
