ARMA 3Crash out of memory

Hi i have been playing arma 3 for a bit and i want to play some chunours map i go to lanch using a3 lancher get into the lobby and try to lanch the game and i get a balck screen and a arma 3 erro code pop up saying  out of memory (requested 1973623kb) footprint 322699264kb pages 32768 CAN SOME ONE PLZ HELP ME  My pc spec are i7-4790k

Gpu Gtx 760

16.00gb of ram

windows 10 if u can help it would be amazing :)
