ArmA 3 Custom Buildings

Hello ! (I'm new in Arma)

Are those buildings already placed in Altis and Stratis map?

Or do i have to place them one by one in the editor?

Very beautifull work.

 

My mod is a WIP under the license APL-SA (Arma Public License Share Alike). It allow derivatives. Can i integrate your addon into it?

 

I intend to ask BI to monetize the server i will open with my mod. Can i do that if i use your addon on the mod?

The buildings return positions with "_allPos = _building buildingPos -1"?

is there a code for the soldiers init field so a blufor soldier (guard) is the only one that can activate the doors. Thx :)

Hello all,

 

I notice that there is still quite a bit of work to do with my buildings:

 

adding destruct geometry and pathways and roadways,

adding pathways to AI for all buildings

getting the destruction models to appear when the building setdamage is 1.

 

Since there is quite a bit of work to do and that I am now officially a Building Designer for real life, (now licensed). I just do not have the time to polish what I have created for ArmA 3.  Plus the fact that I have now loss interest in ArmA 3. But nether-the-less I am here by deciding to allow modifications of content with certain restrictions. I hope the Arma 3 community finds this useful in helping people start 3D Modelling and even just having a look at the 3D Models in how I did it. I will release the Unbinarised files at 7:30pm 25 of JUNE 2016. (AEST).

I would like to know if the buildings in the mod have LOD levels. I mean, they lost detail with the distance?

Any thoughts on doing an AFL or Cricket venue/stadium? Just saying as it is a big part of Aussie culture & leisure. It would really round out the Australian buildings you've created so far. Keep up the great work! Thanks ☺

P.S.

 

I always wanted to do a proper stadium although I no longer have the time or resources to do one. It would take me atleast 2 months to complete if i was fully committed. That includes with a fleshed out interior with locker rooms as well as corporate boxes etc.

Hi Mattaust,

   I have just taken an Epoch Australia server into beta and in order to get your fine food and beer consumable I needed to produce a custom version of your MM_Shopping items (basically I changed the base class for the items to CA_Magazine rather than Item_Watch. The server is, of course, completely unmonetised (I also use the CUP mods so that goes without saying).

 

I was wondering whether I could get your permission to release the mini-mod (just the shopping replacement) on Steam. All license files are intact and I have not altered the credits at all. It would make players lives easier to have it in the workshop rather than as a manual download but, if not I'll live with it ^_^

It follows my license which allows you to redistribute and modify the content in any shape or form.

Just attach the license in a sensible way to the mod (like how I have it), and you are free to do what you like.

In regards to Monetization,

 

You can apply for monetization approval for my content or any remixed, reshaped or redistributed content with my license but you must state:

 

Email: Mattauststudios@gmail.com

 

What the funds are used for:

What content (scripts/physical content) the users pay/donate for:

The Servername:

The Sever website:

And state the following if deemed to be true:

 

"We ensure you that there will be no obligated access to the server that requires payment / a donation / whatsoever."

Long story short for the question: A friend of mine modified the config during a testing phase when we were in the process of creating a life mission. It was so that we could throw food like grenades but without the explosion. I actually think the version that was released was a "setback version" (A version prior to the completed version). Anyway if you could give the the proper class and alterations so that I can drag and drop the cpp file to update, I'd be more than happy too. There's no rush, but I'm hoping to push out the Complete Destruction Update prior to Christmas, as it seems that no-one was willing to do my job for me haha.

I get this every time i open buldozier and try to look at the objects i get this everytime. Any ideas why this would be happening?

Hey, i had a quick question about the coplevel, i have a live server running and in the database i have cop level 1 but i still cannot open the buildings. Do you have any idea why this is?
