You would kind of be the first "Lifer" to have made something and luckely you too do not dissapoint the normal "Life" expectations and you just use the work of others to call your own.

Oh yeah, maybe you changed the color? I always do that too...I always add some stupid decal to my neighbours expensive BMW during the night and than in the morning when he wants to go drive to his work I tell him its mine. You should see the look on his face:

1. you are allowed to use 3rd party models, if you have permission to use, redistribute and/or edit, and you give credit instead of saying: "i did this, i created this".

That means 3d models that are either released by their original authors for free, or the ones you bought (pending EULA, some allow the commercial use, as long as those are not distributed further) - Both Toadie and Robert Hammer use 3rtd party models, mostly from gamebanana, with full permission given.

2. do not use any models that have been ripped from game, apps or stolen.

 

In short the safest one is to do your own models.

Like I said before! It's a trap! I used the model from Cadnav. I never would say i've made the model, whatever it sound like.

And it's ridiculous that people say it's stolen when everyone can get it for free on a website. I deal with it. I'm sorry

if you release it it is called redistribution, which is prohibited. You can make screen of it, render it, whatever, you are NOT allowed to redistribute it though.
