I really love this mod and made a bunch of units that I play with regularly who all wear your vests. However, you must have changed the class names in the recent update because all my unit's vests have disappeared and I have to figure out who was wearing what again, as well as remake all the units, export their loadouts to notepad, etc etc. It is a huge hassle and my suggestion is to leave the class names as they were before to avoid this. I have had entire missions become unplayable because of this in the past.

1) You plan to do russian vests, for example the РПС "Смерш" (of the company "ССО") like PLCE?

This @TAC is based on TRYK(US equips).

But, TRYK's member is making Russian equips(I dont know that when finish it and release.)

Maybe,he posts it when release that on the topic "TRYK's multiplay uniform". Or post topic.

hi guys,

I need help.

how to display(mouse over) "armor level" on inventory.does anyone khow that....?

I can release update fixed for "Arma3v1.54" when it was solved

Find "TAC First On" and "TAC V10" vest class in the VirtualArsenal.

Don't take my word for it, but when I use the following I get the bar showing in Arsenal ;

class cfgWeapons
{
    class Vest_Camo_Base;
    class VestItem;
    class best_vest_evvahr: Vest_Camo_Base
    {
        // other cool code
        class ItemInfo: VestItem
        {
            // meow, rawr and woof
            armor = 50;
        };
    };
};

So, it seems be the legacy armor values that still sets the meter. I'm not sure why this is still used for the display ... feels like BI kinda forgot about it when they changed all the other stuff? :)

 

But, no matter if the bar is showing or not, if you still have the new correct config it doesn't matter what the meter says in Arsenal ... it WILL still protect you. The meter just seems to be a presentation item at the moment.

Either you create an config patch for it, or you ask the addon maker to integrate it :)

Vanilla armor vests are displayed that example "ARMOR LEVEL IV".
