Rexxenexx 0 Posted October 14, 2002 Sorry dunno where else to ask this strange (but useful )question. I have a website that I put info on my server I'd like to update the page with the IP address of the OFP server I have at home (which is on a DSL line w/ a dynamic IP address.) I used to get "Server status" on my other DSL service because I was assigned an IP address. Now I can't with this new DSL service cause its dynamic, know wadda mean? TIA
Placebo 12 Posted October 15, 2002 Hmm looks suspiciously like a multiplayer question to me, I think I'll move it to the MP forum
Mister Frag 0 Posted October 15, 2002 Go to www.download.com and search for "Dynamic IP", there are several tools that help you update your web page or tie a static host name to a dynamic IP address.
