On screen wind debris Help

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I've been working on a script for MP that creates a dusty feel to the terrain.

I have the color corrections, light fog and even some light film grain effects to get feel for the mission right.

However I feel its not quite immersive enough for my liking, and that all it needs is some on screen particle effects so it looks like something is floating past your vision.

Not sure how to go about starting this part, nor implementing.

Thanks

Claw

Check out the Nuke script. http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=23963

MIght be something in there of use as there is a nice dust effect.

also https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/BIS_fnc_sandstorm

Not sure it works in arma 3 though.

newspapers (Optional): Boolean - true if flying newspapers will be present (default is true)

Edit, just tested, does work although the newspapers are toned back from what I remember.

[player, 0.2, 0.8, true] call BIS_fnc_sandstorm;
