Black bar at top of the screen

Hey guys,

I got Win 10 and this is my problem now:

 

Any idea how to remove the black bar at the top?

I tried Fagus's aspect-ratio addon but it does not help.

Seems to be a problem related to the resolution you can fix it in game by changing resolutions back and forth.

I feel like total imbecile.

I thought I played with the resolution. (the fact that the whole screen was moved down a little confused me)

Hmm it is weird that the screen is moved down a little each time I run the game.

I have to set the resolution in the menu every time :-(

Try changing your settings to window mode rather than full screen,  This cured my Black screen of death whislt ALT TAB from editor :)

pfft, I just noticed the same problem, black bar with little white spots on each corner. Changing resolutions doesn't fix it.

So the Windows 10 Anniversary update has fixed this issue.  Everytime when I start the game there is no hiccups like the black bar or the 4 white dots on each corner of the screen.  If you havent done so already install the Windows 10 anniversary update.
